As my son told me . . . I am now a 1% Bionic Man. ;) I think if you consider the hearing aids, eyeglasses and dentures that that figure could easily be assessed higher.

I am surviving and actually doing pretty well. I am walking around the house and down the street etc. Today was Zamaldelica hash. Yesterday was Reeferman's Burning Bush hash. The day before it was my Mixed Hash from 2023. I haven't decided tomorrow's daily yet. I like to live dangerously. I will admit that I do add a few Tylenol 500s w Methocarbamol to get through the night. I stopped all narco drugs 12 hrs after the cut. I had a hydromorphone pump that I could have kept for another day but I told them to take it away. But I did fill my take home script for 60 x Oxy for the reserve HD drug cabinet.

So yes, I am here but it is painful to sit for too long and I HATE icmag on a phone . . . or almost any program on a phone . . . so I will drop in.

Thanks for asking . . .

Hi Oldman
Morning all

Sounds like a perfect spot for lunch :)

The roses were certainly colorful …. I sniffed all of them and only 2/30 types had any scents. They were lovely one was just like sweet Turkish delight the other had nice light floral notes.

Made me think about cannabis …..sometimes it’s the ugly ducklings that are the best smokes .

Stunner day here off out somewhere nice for a walk with the Mrs and a picnic lunch I think.

Enjoy your evening all ☮️
I'll have to pay more attention when at the rose garden in the park, I have to be careful of sniffing plants as I have allergies to pollen. I know soon as I get around the rose garden you can smell the floral scent of roses but I have never smelled the individual roses.
Yeah my go to for all looks and no flavor is grocery store tomatoes, the look well shaped good color but the most important part...flavor, is missing altogether.
I can very well see cannabis taking on certain traits that are more about marketing than quality of effects.

The rose garden is adjacent to the west side of the lake and beach. It is heavily used area by tourists, however, the rose garden is never overly crowded. Most visitors are at the beach or one of the eating places along the strip. The larger park areas are to the east area of the lake.
The city of Penticton where the gardens/parks takes place is the sister city to Ikeda Japan

Hello FTL:)
I just looked up Penticton…. Wow man it’s a really beautiful spot!!!! I can see why you live around that area and there’s plenty of tourists :)

The tomatoes here in Japan are actually pretty dam good compared to the hard flavorless greenhouse grown ones back home…. they are a bit more expensive but worth the spend.

I’m Looking forward to seeing the tomatoes pics as much as the weed pics in this thread later in the year 🌞

Alright, your still alive...that's a good thing. Glad to hear all is well and on the road to recovery.

Your capable of movement another good sign.
Being a chronic pain person I wouldn't blame you for taking any stronger meds for pain. I never understand the people who find wisdom in toughing it out. From my understanding it takes a steady 2 weeks of narcotic use to become addicted. I've been taking morphine since 2010, I think I have a physical dependency but not a mental one.
It never hurts to have a stash of pain meds.

all the best to you

Got our vehicle back, the mechanic went through the sensors individually rather than taking the computer read out as saying all sensors are good. He found a sensor that controls air flow to be the problem.
I'm $1000.46 out of pocket but the Mrs says the car is running better than ever.
I'm just glad to have our car.

Like Tony Saprano and his therapist?
Well, maybe not so much her, she was telling me today she is moving from her apartment as there was recent gun fire in her building.

I did see some of the Sopranos, I didn't follow it on a regular basis but I do recall him and his therapist. Couldn't tell you anything about it though.

Instead of the godfather, I'm the old father:)

Tony’s therapist wasn’t safe in her building either. Tony lusted after her, and never got any. Some dude rapes her in the garage and only her face was the worse for it. Irony. She knew where the dude worked and never told ole Tony what had happened.

Tony would have cancelled the rapist permanently I imagine.

Since I've never watched the series, maybe when I switch from Netflix to Crave I will watch the series.
I'm not sure why I didn't watch it, I thought it was a decent show.

If any of the MI heads are interested, this is a nice event. Quite a few IC members have booths. Lots of folks set up booths to push their wares. Good place to work stuff if it's what you do. Quite a lot of fungus as well, not my bag these days, but if it's your's, it's a good place. Bunch of seed companies and clone retailers. Music is pretty good as well.

I have taken far too many oxys in the past. I know their benefits and I know their truly icky sick effects intimately. I carried Oxys on all my travels for over 20 years during 3 bouts of renal cholic (aka kidney stones). I don't pass stones, I just manufacture them. During my (2nd?) bout, I had just screamed across Alligator Alley for an app't with a dealer in Naples, fl. Top down, sunny and warm in a rental Mustang vert - with a new-to-the-road colleague in tow for training. A perfect day. We set a pair of speakers up in the dealer's crappy industrial unit showroom and just as I was starting my pitch, the curse of Ishtar or something hit my right kidney. I stopped and said . . . 'Excuse me but I have to lie down" . . . and I did, right there. Everyone just starred at me but I literally crumbled.

Since my Oxys where several hours away in Ft. Lauderdale, my colleague took over the meeting. One of the customer's techs was my saviour because he HAD a bottle of Oxys on hand for his back issues. I gobbled a couple and went outside to lay in the grass until we could leave. We got the sale & the guy became a dealer btw . . . :rasta:

Todays hash: McZ . . . a mix of Mac & Crack and Zamaldelica. Not the best for pain (maybe) but certainly fun. ;)
