Slovenia? :)

I can't find any information about Slovenia. Are the buds nice there? I know it's not decriminalised but whatever, where and how hard should I try to get something good? I am interested in the coastline cities, not in Ljubljana. Help me please!

Weed that dealers sell here in Slovenia is not of very good quality. It's not bad (most of the time), but you've probably smoked better stuff. But if you know the right people (growers) you can get some very good buds. In Slovenia you will mostly find weed that's been grown outdoors (guerrilla style); it's often pretty good. We grow all kinds of premium outdoor strains. Don't smoke in public areas like parks etc. because police patrols such areas quite regularly.
