suçuk, a turkish sausage made of beef and lots of dried smoked ground red peppers and garlic. love that. either cold cut with a nice white cheese, spring onions, tomatoes and fresh white bread or pan fried with eggs. damn. try it if you can get it. sometimes theyre soft sometimes more dry and cured. i prefer the latter.

sounds tasty . like a kebab

the best kebabs i have had , have been in northern cyprus . although i have a place a couple miles away, a kurdish kebab house that is decent . turks and kurds get on well here .

the dahlia season begins. i will keep taking clones as long as the season allows for that , make a group of each of my favoured varieties, and hopefully i would of finished the greenhouse by then , and that is where i will grow them out for my enjoyment . i will set up a chair in the middle of the new greenhouse and make it a sun chill room full of dahlias
