GREEN MOUNTAIN GRAPE #8 clone
green pheno riding out the rain.
I had to cut off the two main colas because of the tart of bud mold,
but the bottom is looking fine and I got a bit of an early harvest.

plants look amaze balls as per usual. do you mix yer own soil up Vermont Man? If so what do you put in it? Your results are insane! Running some of your Purple Sat right now, crossing it to some Oaxacan. I am looking forward to its offspring! I am using all natural soil mix with diy compost and minerals added, also coco to fluff it up.

Looking for some advise on parents for a NLD seed give away (if this is not ok, feel free to delete)

I have a few online and in person communities I contribute to and try and get interest going in long flowering sativas (share photos, some BH7xOHaze seeds I made and of course pass around some spliffs and samples of things I run that have been well received) There has been enough interest among a lot of newer growers who have never tried a 16-20 week Sativa that are interested where I think I could get at least 25-50 of them to give it a go so I’m going to make some seeds to spread around, so a reasonable amour of seeds to make in a home grow.

The question I have is around success rates for strains that I should consider using and hoping to get some feedback on what you all think would be a good first Sativa for it. It would likely be a cross of two of the below.

I’ve got a fair amount to choose from in my vault
Hazes:
OT1 (Ace)
THH
IC Mag haze
BH7 cut
Kali Mist x oHaze
Grinspoon (Barney’s)

Asians:
Holy Hann (friend, will be running this anyway)
Asian Beauty (friend)
Panama x Thai (Ace)
Thai (unknown from friend)

Africans:
Malawi (Ace)
Durban (Oldsog from CBG stock)
And I’m sure a couple of others.

I have never bread with most of these and am not sure what does and doesn’t frequently come through in the progeny.

Any advise and/or other things I should look at? Anyone have any known good males/pollen or females that are solid parents (I can edit this out if not ok)

Thanks in advance and hoping to get some interest in the next generation for our beloved sativas.

So far this plant is hardy as Fk, two weeks of 50/60’s & rain, heavy dew every night 99% humidity… we’ll see how it plays out, we average 200” snow annually here; you never know when it’s gonna start flying

Yes mate from 2019 I think it was. Only popped one seed and that plant was the result. I'm still smoking it, such was the amount of bud I got from it haha
It is all that is needed, one seed, the same thing happened to me with the kali mist that I posted before, seeds from 2002 I germinated them in 2018 and only one came out and I was blessed. You have a beautiful plant, I ask you because I'm thinking of buying something from Thai and among so many offers i end up confused, I'm among the lao gold they told me it was more compact or mango thai. thanks brother 👍🏼

I have grown the mango Thai, Highland Lao and have some Highland Thai that is still at seedling stage. The mango Thai was wild from seed but I kept the plant as a mother and cut clones off all the time. This is them from clone....

Alot more manageable and probably the best way to grow these wild octopus phenos. But I love them when they are out of control haha
