Purple Punch OG®

3.jpg

This new strain is hybrid produced from an elite Purple Punch (Larry OG x Grand Daddy Purple) clone with an elite clone of Star Killer (Skywalker OG Kush x Rare Dankness #2) – two champion genotypes of renowned prestige in the international cannabis scene.

It is a mainly indica strain with a compact structure featuring a large main bud and strong side branches. The buds are thick and laden with masses of highly aromatic resin. They are characterized by very high terpene concentrations making them ideal for resin extractions. Given the strain’s Grand Daddy Purple ancestry, some plants are notable for purple or reddish hues in their leaves and flowers.

They have a deliciously sweet, complex aroma and flavour, with very spicy tones of OG Kush and shades of lemon. The plants produce an intense, relaxing effect.

Variety SWS93
Indica: 80% / Sativa: 20%
THC: 18-22% · CBD: 0,5%
Indoor Yield: 400-550 g/m2
Outdoor Yield: 350-600 g/plant
Indoor Blooming: 8 weeks
Outdoor Harvest: mid-September

Grew this one, only one seed so far. Ended up with frosty, stretchy plant , propably more og side. Powerful stuff, punches you in the forehead and producess a relaxing effect towards the end. Long lasting high/ stone. Aromas are like in the description, lemony and spicy flavours. 💪

Grew one in '21 or '22 outdoors and it had nice coloration and nose in flower, went into October, second week maybe.

Tried another one indoors winter of '23 - 24 and it was a green pheno. Made nice buds and was worthy enough to try a clone outside in '24. That one finished in early October and had decent septoria and mold resistance, but last year wasn't a horrible year outdoors in Maine. If I didn't already have others to try, I'd try it again outdoors.
