@blondie iirc Cannabiogen Punta Rosa was Panama x Colombian, while the seeds Zanddar is growing are P1 Punto Rojo seeds not related to CBG or anyone's releases.

Hopefully a few more germinate to company these 3 @Zanddar
Dubi

Sup brother Hope all is well

Exciting to see you working a Punto Rojo selection , Respect for your spreading and preserving of these old line .

I’m also curious to see more S.American lines from you , especially considering your background with the Incense Trait

Can you share any more details/ information about this stock ?

I’m curious where this PR was collected and when ?

What can you share about Taste/ aromas ?

Hi bigherb it's a Punto Rojo accession collected by an ENCOD member on a mission to document traditional drug producing areas and its people in Central and South America. This person got the seeds in Colombia in a gathering with traditional Colombian farmers and some landed in my hands. I didn't have the chance to grow this line, and i sent to Zanddar all the original P1 seeds i had from this accession, so i'm also very excited to learn more about them and their outcome.

Hi everyone.

Looks like I have 2 females and one male.
PR1 is a skunky smelling male. Strong skunk smell just like the animal, but much more pleasant.
Rubbing the stalks reveals a skunky, greasy and sticky future.
They are very vigorous, tall with long internodes.

They are growing really fast @Zanddar :) What a difference 1 month makes in your garden! Happy to hear you have parent plants of both genders to reproduce the strain, hope you find sexually stable plants with interesting traits! Male 1 and female 2 have really good structure, female 3 is the wild type!

Hello everyone.

The smells remind me of Panama. Soft, pleasant, greasy and oily smelling.
PR 2 female looks really nice and thick.
PR 3 female is a thinner plant.
PR 1 male is a hardy bush. He looks rough, because I cut him back a few times.

Hi everyone.

I've been busy with work and also taking some evening classes, so not much time right now.

They are vegging, looking really bushy and smelling real nice.
Just waiting for CB to be done and flower room open.
PR1 is the male. The other 2 females are very bushy and strong.

Hi everyone :santa1:

These PR are a week into flower. PR1 male and the other 2 females.
They are into the lights and I'm bending them down.
Have my Malawi and Space Dawg in there with them and they might catch a few pollen grains.

Sorry to hear that @Zanddar :( such things happen frequently with small populations of P1 generation of tropical lines. Glad the other Colombian strain didn't give you trouble in this regard and was worth the ride.

All the best for 2024! ☀️

Was really looking forward to these. They looked and smelled promising. This was just a test of P1 seeds and such things happen. I like to find the good stuff by exploring untested landrace seeds. I Thank You very much dubi for giving me the opportunity to do this on more than one occasion and look forward to doing more.

The CB were stable to the end, other than one I had to pull early.
Still have one going and can let that finish up more now.

My focus will now be on cloning the Malawi plants and seeing how well they do.

Thanks again. :tiphat:
