PAR map for 250w HPS and umol/J

Hi all,
Sorry I opened 3 threads about different lighting types.
I am very lost.
Currently I am running an HPS 250W with Son-T bulb, but I can't find anywhere info about the PAR map or umol/J to compare with other type of fixtures ( LED or CDM)

Can someone help to find these parameters and maybe help me to understand:
- what are the parameters to look at while comparing lighting fixture?

I think they will be hard to find. Par and umol/j both measure the photosynthetic active range and the son-t are streetlights.
You could try to crawl through the migro youtube channel since that guy makes a lot of light comparisons testing.

Your HPS 250W Son-T will be fine. Where HPS grow lamps are concerned the differences may be subtle.
