well I am grateful that you guys are posting your plants here in this thread... thanks for sharing. and I dont want to argue or insult anybody, or attack growers fragile ego or so... and maybe I will risk that you will not post anything here anymore hehe

I cant help and have to say that both Limeys thunk and Subs Ohz are textbook examples why we need manageable haze hybrids indoors... it is not that these guys would be bad growers, no, thats not case at all. these pure sativa or almost pure sativa genetics is just not easy to grow indoors. no. there is really only few guys who can manage it to take it to be close to its full potential. I know it is fun to grow and everybody can grow what they want for fun...

but for example, if you make selection of Ohz, it has to be grown to full potential, otherwise that selection has not much sense... because if it is not grown to full potential, then how you can select it properly? from my point of view selection of pure tropical cultivars indoors is not proper.. I know I know that if you dont have any other option than to grow it indoors, it is only chance. but to me it seems, not proper.

on the other hand when you grow it in greenhouse, it doesnt mean that is grown properly automatically... you still have to be advanced grower. experienced.

so when I compare thunk and grandfunk(which is around 10% indica), then gradnfunk wins in comparison of ease of growing. but one has to be careful with % of indica in haze hybrid. or special traits of tropical cultivar will be watered down. so it is more difficult to make great haze hybrid, than to cross anything with original haze and it will get better blah blah blah. it is about ART of SELECTION. in this point science has not much to say to it... it is more ART. while Science has level of reference in brain. Art has level of composition in brain. it is different. functions will not help in this, but affects and affections will drive it to successful end...

I agree I haven’t grown o. Haze to full potential indoors. I have done much better in the past though when I used to have a cut. I have seen greenhouse grown o. Haze and it really is a beautiful thing. I will not give up just yet I would like to do a lot better.
Thank you again for the wonderful genetics and I will grow some grandfunk as soon as possible! I will post that here my friend.
Try, try again only way to improve. ✌️

P. S. I have grown o. Haze cut in hydro flowered from small cut and was able to dial in nutrient needs much better this way.
My organic soil mix was off for these plants. Too hot and not the right proportion of nutrients. Ehh,… they are ugly this round lol. Oh well. Will try again. I don’t give up that easily. Take care and peace✌️🌞❤️
Haze on…

Final update for the Congo Creek Hazes

First the big girl which was cut at 15 weeks and 2 days. After a couple weeks, as soon as you pop a jar open you are greeted with a heavy boot polish with lemon/citrus and a slight background of raisins.

The smaller girl was chopped at 16 weeks. Her jars smell much more of raisins, lemon with a side of sweet cream...maybe with a Strawberry or some other fruit in the mix. I find this one attracts my senses more.
