I am shocked that nothing new is ever posted about Ohio. I know I am not the only person that lives in Ohio and can't wait for cannabis to become legal like Washington or Colorado.

The do have lenient possession charges. Up to 100g is still a misdemeanor, and I've heard that went up to 200. BUT, if you are caught with a gram or a pipe..it's 6 months license suspension. I know...I've had a couple!

Nope. They changed that crazy law on paraphenalia too. Now it is just a traffic ticket.
