NY budget has passed - is it the time?

sadly, i must report that NYers have been screwed again
and we were stabbed in the back by one of our own(former)
the ny governor(paterson) had been pro MMJ at one time
it didn't get in the 2nd go round of the budget, and the prospects for new legislation this year are not good
but for fellow NY MMJ patients to be, our time is to come, and maybe soon after the new year turns
we broke the ice of getting the bill through both legislative houses, that is a first
new year, new governor, new hope
