Why is there such a shortage of strains high in CBD? I am looking for something similar to Charlotte's Web. I am unsure if anyone in Illinois has this cut.

Don't mind a little friendly hazing.

As mentioned, google is your friend. If you can't find cuts of something like Charlotte's Web or ACC, you can start your search online. There are a few seedbanks selling high CBD strains and strains with a potential for high
CBD.
