New Ultra Reflective paint for growrooms.

I am wondering how many percentage points better it will be. Ordinary flat white paint is pretty good already. It looks like you need to treat the substrate, paint with white paint, then paint with that lux stuff. I am too cheap and the process looks pricey to me.
Going to the website I see they have addressed the potential problem of offgassing, "All our coatings are low VOC".
