Did I miss out on these beans, or will they be in stock somewhere soon? Time to place anther order but I can't find them.

There was only ever one vendor selling the nepali temple Jack cross and they've not restocked. Try sending Lady Chi a PM. You can find her account in the members list. Maybe she'll know of more coming to market. Or if Chi is around, you could send him a PM also or ask him to reply to this thread.

Soaking three of Nepalese Temple x Jack, let's see what comes out.

Cheers
nice koondense. I started 4 of Nepalese x blockhead and 3 of 4 showed moderate to severe mutations. It was suggested I put the rooted muts in larger containers and that solved some issues with 2 of them as the new growth (I cut them back hard) has 'normal' looking growth i can take a cutting from and hopefully root. Unfortunately one is simply not changing and may possibly be the most mangled thing I've ever grown. anyhow, I wish you luck and I will be watching your run.

Check out mayans grow of the NT x Jack, from post 46 onward

You may want to flower these early. His was a massive plant with an incredible yield. He also got mutants that didn’t pull through. The end result of his looked fantastic.

The plan is to find a female or two, take a couple clones and flower what's left of the plant.
Thanks for the link, I was searching for more info on these, somehow the nepal vibe hit me, I'm also soaking a couple of Himalaya Gold seeds by GHS :)
I have good memories of a HG plant from my first grow outdoors.
...
Just went through Mayan's pics and comments, seems I already liked them back in 2016 LOL :)

Cheers

Ok so the plan was one thing, the reality is another :)
From the 3 NepalJack seeds out came one plant. All sprouted but two died soon after being put in soil. The only plant is a mess, deformed and low vigor, I will give her time until the next pair of leaves to show some more familiar leaf shapes.
Same bad luck with HimalayaGold, two sprouts -> one plant and also deformed.
All other in this seed pop run are healthy so it's not a soil or environment factor. Bad luck maybe?
Maybe just old seeds after all.
Hoping to have better luck with SDxJack.

Cheers

Yep, mutation’s are normal with anything that has the NT mother as part of its makeup. I think the NT x Jack is a little more free from showing them though. I didn’t have any of the mutants pull through for me, only the non-muti plant made it.

I had a similar problem with mutations with the NTxBH where 3 of 4 seeds looked just mangled and wrong. @zif suggested I double the soil volume of my small containers and 2 of the 3 grew normal leaves and are growing just fine now. One never changed and was a mess that grew with the soil increase but stayed mutated and got worse actually...I finally culled it.
