it has been a long time.
butt i would like to show the people my new grow...
3x black jack and 3x herijuana
real herijuana, grows horizontal instead of up.. beautiful Scrog plant!
10 days, they have been standing in the flowering compartiment on 24/0.
(so they can root well in de big container, big roots means big buds)
i can really see the difference with the bac organic line and the mycor-funghi
it almost doubles the plants growthrate... some nasty shit.
And it makes your leafs shine like a mirror

DAY 12 (24/0) i think maybe 1 or 2 days before i kick in the (12/12) regime.
Scrogging 2 times a Day!!!
this week i'll order my new 150Watt HPS... I Can't wait...
hopefully again 0,9gr/watt...
that'll set the scale to about 135 gr?? woohooh

new things this time:
Bac fertilizer-line
Bac funky funghi mixed thru the soil
ph water is 6,5 till 7.. so a little higher than normal
i expect to get my new HPS lamp soon... I will place this little yield increaser (250 watt) when the first pistels start to show (day 1 flowering)
I have many new plans, an I finished my outdoor .. about 100-150 gr total (high quality bubblicious, not 1 drop rain has touched a plant)
but because im still highly active on the main dutch forum (wietforum.nl), so i will only post my main grow here, and i will continue using the same topic...

I see you use one big container thats a very good idea. One question, how heigh can your plants go ?? (without container height)
I wish that i had seen your grow before i build my box

With the fluors the plants can grow about 40cm but i keep them short... it saves growing time
today i got my 250 watt HPS bulb.. little trouble keeping my cab cool this afternoon..
in the nick of time I ran off to the nearest radio shack and bought the biggest double 12V big-ass fan to cool the bulb..
max temp is now 28,6... phew
with that bulb the plants can grow about 20-30 cm high i think...
I shall have to scrog/trim in order to keep em so short.
but in the furture i wil get a lower container, so the plants can get higher under the HPS.

I sure do love the smell of the 2 strains i'm growing now.. heavy and even heavier
I greatly recommend Herijuana as a Scrog plant..
she just lies down in position to get scrogged.. grows almost horizontal..
Black Jack is a BITCH to scrog.. very short internodes and leafs standing in a 45 degree angle to the stern is not easy to scrog without strapping a leaf with the stern.. this sucks..
but hopefully the BJ will surprise me under my new HPS.

I would probably go for a bigger closet with a 250W? I don't think you'll be able to pull the same g/W with that light in such a small area. Obviously if you can keep the temps down and don't have an option for a larger area then go for it - I'm sure the extra yield would still be worth a lot more than the electric bill.

but i havent really got the time, and when i get the time i havent got the money haha
the bigger closet wil come.. but i think at its earliest in 2008
i have the temp under control now..
min 19 degrees celcius and max 27,5 degrees celcius..
it was a harsh battle with numerous modifications but i've won.. and learned a whole lot about air extraction an insertion..
theres a positive side in each negative issue..
teah your probably right about the gram per watt i said couple of posts ago
I really cant expect a gr/watt this time i know...
butt in any case I will be self-providing
that means i will save money.. and that means i can buil a bigger cabinet
step by step like i always do
even though we have coffeeshops in holland.. the prices are getting higher and higher..
and the mass production weed isnt that sweet as my " full"o"love smoke"
homegrown just tastes better! im sure everyone agrees

I think it's gonna be ok. Remember that your hps will have quite a bit more penetration than the flouros and your wattage for the area is high, so if you want to make the most of it you should have a little longer buds above the screen anyway. It's looking really good in there.

thats exactly whut i wa splanning to do this cycle.. the SCROG is 95% full.
at this point i will quit scroggin' let them go up..
because that's the big advantage of hps.. the penetration..
Black Jack is already 3 days in flowering and the herijuana started yesterday..
both have a flowering period of 7- 8 weeks so i think i'll harvest them between week 8 and 9...
so I will be sure the taste is at its best and the yield at its max!

i had some problems..
due to a new nute-line.. BAC (actually it is due to my stupidity!)
nothing bad about BAC.. it really is the best i've ever used!
it is the first time i'm using it and first i gave them too little nutes,
and then i gave too much at once..
some burned spots and stripes are the result.. and some blackjacks still not turned perfectly green..
but I stabilized the situation..
This is the 5th day of flowering.. (the 12th day at (12/12)
