Thanks for the comments , not sure which plant one looks best , they change very fast at these temps.
The mauve/purple colours are hard to capture , these are correct in indirect sunlight.

Variety of fine structure and bud form on three Antipodes low shoot samples , but all MBS dominant in flavour.

Dangerously close to flower arrangeing , in a .50 cal vase .

Thanks BENJI and Joeski , the wife keeps stealing the colourfull leaves for floral arrangements , my version smells better.

They looked bigger with their clothes on , higher buds are much more solid , these are from node three and saw little light.

Thanks for the support , looking forward to seeing what others make of these with better conditions and southern skies.

This has a very medicinal smell without the sweetness that usually goes with it , four colour expressions and three flavour palletes in a seemingly random mix on the same MBS chassis , more variations expected if the BG data is relevant.

I am who I am coz I is who I is.
The colors, are just stunning! this is what i call NUGPORN!.

What is the cross to the MBS to make the antipodes?

Peace

Thanks HH , have made an effort to get these pics colour accurate without much processing , this old lense image is just cropped/resized and spot on.

Caught the top on the reflector when squashing it back in place , not quite 20% amber and would have gone a few days more , lower plant should fill out a little but is not far behind.

Trimming is easy , discard any green and whats left is trichy on both sides.

Hi Afro , the female side is Wallyducks C99 x Blackberry from way back , two seperate MBS males are giveing similar results , the lines compliment each other well so far.

Cheers for the speedy response foomar,

I had heard about the ol c99 x blackberry, and seeing it mixed with the MBS, makes it look so dam amazing,
Love your work and love the colour spectrum and the sounds of the smells,
"smell-o-vision" if only it was invented..

Peace

Wally,s Blackberry cross was a classic , shame it could not be repeated.

The MBS have the flavour and yield and are attractive plants themselves , the blackberry side adds nothing much apart from the colour to this cross , the darker the plant the lower the photosynthetic efficiency hence a lower yield.

I am happy to make the trade , if grown for profit the difference could be made up as colour sells.

This one is probably the best compromise on colour/yield , only one that comes close to the MBS for yield but may be a minor expression.

Thanks Doobie , looking forward to when you have the MBS in flower and really bring the images to life , very photogenic plants in colour and form.

Eight MBS F2,s and three Antipodes samples , smells like a bowl of mouldy fruit.

The DSOTM cover is a good way to match colour balance , and almost everyone will have it.

All the MBS F2,s have finished around a metre tall at 17 - 19 nodes , untopped in under two litres of basic soil.

Growers running their tests in the larger pots or hydro are going to get a very high yield of top quality bud.

For some reason they reveg and late flower clone , faster and more reliably than most , even males well into senescence can be saved

These late flower reveggers produced no male structures , should be good for clones in a week.

Took the usual three male clones to ensure one made it , all rooted and two made it through.

The MBS x Casey Jones cross look like clones now , compact at five nodes , casey leaf form and a wide mix of smells.
