Thanks for the comments , not sure which plant one looks best , they change very fast at these temps.
The mauve/purple colours are hard to capture , these are correct in indirect sunlight.
Cant see my own last post but its apparantly here , might have screwed something up when the pc crashed mid post when it decided to check the timeserver.
Not visible if logged in but its there if anonymous , cleared all caches and cookies but still no go.
Thanks for the support , looking forward to seeing what others make of these with better conditions and southern skies.
This has a very medicinal smell without the sweetness that usually goes with it , four colour expressions and three flavour palletes in a seemingly random mix on the same MBS chassis , more variations expected if the BG data is relevant.
Thanks HH , have made an effort to get these pics colour accurate without much processing , this old lense image is just cropped/resized and spot on.
Caught the top on the reflector when squashing it back in place , not quite 20% amber and would have gone a few days more , lower plant should fill out a little but is not far behind.
Trimming is easy , discard any green and whats left is trichy on both sides.
Hi Afro , the female side is Wallyducks C99 x Blackberry from way back , two seperate MBS males are giveing similar results , the lines compliment each other well so far.
I had heard about the ol c99 x blackberry, and seeing it mixed with the MBS, makes it look so dam amazing,
Love your work and love the colour spectrum and the sounds of the smells,
"smell-o-vision" if only it was invented..
Wally,s Blackberry cross was a classic , shame it could not be repeated.
The MBS have the flavour and yield and are attractive plants themselves , the blackberry side adds nothing much apart from the colour to this cross , the darker the plant the lower the photosynthetic efficiency hence a lower yield.
I am happy to make the trade , if grown for profit the difference could be made up as colour sells.
This one is probably the best compromise on colour/yield , only one that comes close to the MBS for yield but may be a minor expression.
