You have to remember the climate in Rock Creek and 100 Mile are just a little bit different.
Quality outdoor can be grown in BC and has been for years.

Yeah the bugs in that area are insane. I planted trees for a few years out between Loon Lake Rd and 100 mile... fml a person def learns to move faster than the mosquitos out there, or dies.
Saw indoor, never outdoor. or maybe i smoked some and didn't know... there wasa dispensary in williams lake.. mary janes??? near the mr. mikes... they sold a lot of good bud prior to the great crack down.
