My first 6 cobs are almost to the 3 month storage time.
I have been smoking 1 of the cobs.
I kept a little that cured in my grove bags and have interchanged between that and the cob the last 2 months.
Every time I start smoking the grove cure I can't wait to finish it so I can get back to the cob.

I tried vape a couple of years ago and didn't really enjoy it.
Kept going to my dugout.
Tried cob in the vape and it was a huge difference.
Much more enjoyable.

Only chewed once.
But wanted to wait 3 months until I tried this regularly.
Love love love that golden cure I bet its tasty brother.

Thanks mate, looking forward to trying them all from this season.
Just started sweat on my final 2 cobs for the year.
These are a little wetter than previous.
Wanted to experience a few different ranges.
Next grow will start in 3 years.

Hello friends ...It only takes four things to live a happy life.

Love...

Good meditation...

Good water...

And good fermented sativa...

This is about a month old Panama X Bangi haze.. She's been in the bag for about a week without sweating.

If you eat it... you'll get a long and strong ride...

So, as Tangwena says...

Try to stop me, and you'll find it can't be done.

hahaha

6 month old Panama Red. 8 days dry 6hr sweat. One of the driest and lightest color Panama cobs I made. The tiny piece I tried was more crumbly than moist/chewy so I'm not sure if it fermented enough to be edible, but smells amazing and will be excellent smoke no doubt. Broke off about 1/3 to test this week and sealed the rest back up

Looks great man the drier cures just get better with age you may have to experiment on your dosage for chewing.
If you smoke your tolerance will soften the effects a lot and you may need more in the beginning.
Wish I could be there to test it with you ha ha.

Peruvian from my best plant of last seasons harvest. Dubbed “Peruvian of the Year”. Around 4 months so far so I know she will continue to improve 🥰 but so far the quality is sublime. Strong, soaring yet grounding. Deeply introspective, with initial effects being meditative with heavy body buzz. Deep relaxation and slight heaviness in the body but energizing. It evolves into a psychedelic and Active experience and is highly motivating. She has notes of sweet vanilla diesel very similar to when she growing. 😋
Smoke is smooth, soft and thick.

Stellar herb 🌞 looking forward to seeing how she matures. She’s lightly seeded with the Idukki Gold and I have a few of those seeds going now😁

I can tell from the dark buds that it would be a thick creamy smoke.
I love the colors in the center.

I'm going to be making some cobs soon.
I just harvested a Mulanje x to Colombian Gold/ Demon Latcher and the smell of the finger hash is insane ha ha.
Its outdoor grown so will be interesting to compare the high to the cob the seed came from, which was grown under lights.
I find outdoor more euphoric and trippy usually.

Thanks for the tip @Tangwena I tried chewing 0.4g of the Panama this morning and she definitely works! I'd love to take a break from smoking and switch to chewing to open up the effects more and use smaller doses. I followed her up with 0.4g of Bangi Haze (12 days dry, no sweat) I had been smoking because I thought she wasn't fermented enough to eat.. and she works too! Now to start giving away all my herb that can't be eaten, as my desire to smoke is slowly going away 🤣

Thats great hear my friend chewing is another life altogether. I wish I had started it before I started smoking weed.
Once your smoking tolerance disappears it will open up a whole new world for you its pretty awesome.
You have some great cobs to start your travels with as well, welcome to the cob club brother.

@Tangwena my cannabisfriend, I'm growing Ethiope strain from Ace Seeds and I'm preparing for the future harvest. I would love to try to make COBs in brick format.

Do you think this

Molde Pre Prensa de Rosin Rectángulo de 4 cm x 9 cm, Rosin Pre Press Mold Metálico para Extracción de Rosin Sin Solvente DIY

will make the goal?

Press with it and then ferment in yogurtera for 24h

Thanks for all the work for share this kind of post-harvest method of storage

look at this cute little guy. 1.5x1.5” cube mold. We’ll give it a try.
View attachment 19182764

I use a bench vise to squeeze the molds. I tried standing on a mold and that didn’t work all that well. This really presses them well.
View attachment 19182765
the 2x4 mold is what I normally use.

They go into a little yogurt maker at 108f for a couple days. I put in some water and then something to keep the pouches out of the water or the vac bag loosens up too much. I suppose you could hold them at what ever temp you want for as long as you want. I also use this to sprout seeds at 80f.

This is exactly what I want to do!!

Thanks a lot !! Helped me +1 like

What is the quality of the finished product?

Yes just one tip try drier buds and less time in the yogurt maker say 6 to 12 hrs.
Please post pics of the buds before and after bricking.
I am currently trying to grow some Ethiopian but the seeds are old and taking a week to germinate.

Hit the 3 month day for my first cobs of cdlc.
I had a green and purple pheno that I kept a small amount Cured in grove bags to compare to cobs.
After 1 month of cure of the green pheno cob I started smoking that .Was noticeably better than green pheno grove.
The purple pheno Grove Cured was really disappointing compared to either green pheno Cure.Smelled great in the bag but was meh smoke compared to green.
So today I decided to smoke the purple pheno cob.
It's hard to believe this is from the same plant.
Exactly how I wanted to feel after work.
Mission accomplished
