Major mistake.....help.... :(

My flower room is 12:12 7 am on 7 pm off, I didn't have my timer hooker back up tonight and fell asleep and the lights were on 18 hours today I shut just them off 3 min ago....they are day 40 flower and I'm worried I ruined everything....what should I do?

Some people say 24 hour dark start over
And some ppl say start tomorrow as usually am only looking for the correct answer from someone experienced not mutiply answers on what someone thinks I should do but someone that KNOWS what to do....thank you. Am so pissed :/

Dude relax. Fix your timer and keep on going 12/12. It will be fine.

Yes, relax. Fix it and most likely you wont see anything bad from what is a small mistake, compared to many fuckups.
