On an ironic side note. I have hurt myself so many times since I switched the focus of my electrical studies to 9v battery stuff.

Poked my thumb twice with ICs. Grabbed a 5v regulator to try to pull it off a circuit board, burned fingers and thumb, duh there is a reason those have heat sinks on them sometimes. Soldering iron had that thing smoking hot. Sure there is more, trying to forget.

I did have an LED driver from China shoot out a firework of sparks doing 1 light build. I think it was a defective product. I am glad I always did those experiments outside, and stood way back whenever I flicked the switch.

Day 16: Flowers!

I have got to cut it back /tie it down/something. Seems mostly done streatching. There are a lot of flowers lost lower in the shade of the canopy, usually an ingredient for mold around here.

Will attempt to tame this. Wish I spent exta $20 for taller server tower.

Sprinkled some pollen I had saved from a few weeks ago. Not sure if that will take. Didn’t look normal. Remember that big dark fat leaved one from my regular veg area? Orange chocolate cookiesX? Male! Cut it down. Flowering a cutting of it now to pollinate all my females. Will put some of that on this plant also.

With more bending and more wires I suppose it can be done. Smells like a lime version of OG Kush to my lack of a sense of smell.

Felt more like lettuce than a strong sturdy plant. Guess I’ll add ferts next watering. Still good from rain water I gave it yesterday. At the hydro store they told me FoxFarmOceanForest has enough food for about 3 weeks, so nutes are likely overdue. Maybe kinda whimpy light setup after all. Magnets still holding on, but eventually all magnets loose their grip? Gotta secure my lights for better safety. Need to deploy a safety net in case of earthquake beyond calling one of my many roommates. Someone is usually home.

They look pretty happy. Be sure to start easy on those fertilizers at first. Keep it up

Been flaking on my plants big time. Sorry for that. My other hobbies have been taking that. Happens to me an lot.

But also, the power outlet I had it plugged into has bad wiring! You have to jiggle it to get it to work. I need to get that fixed. It used to work ok, but lately the timer has been way off. Surprised it didn’t go hermi, but I did pollenate it big time.

Think I’ll put it in my regular tent for the last week. Scared how some of the trim looks all brown. A type of bud rot? That can’t be good. Seeds almost look mature.

Hope I get some sproutable sones. Like the purple leaves.

Unplugged the pc case. Will try better to stay focused next time around.

Also, regarding my regular grow. Sure ai am saving $50 a month on elec bill since I switched to 3w’s and 1w arrays, but the penetration is not deep enough. Even keeping everything lollypopped, mold has been a problem on the bottom of canopy. Going to reorganize so the more powerful 50w cobs I put together will do the budding, will use the weaker leds for veg.

Damn this herb, Yoda talk it gives me. The original name of this plants father, (hermi something G13/Gsus cross) was a Star Wars name.

Yield: How should I know, don’t own a scale, chalk full of seeds how I like. The pile of seeds came from the larf I already smoked.

Plant notes: No mold/rot, hollow as can be stems. Dried extremely slow, few more days then cure, quicker to break some up for the next few days. I was impressed with the size of the finger hash ball I got when breaking the seeds from the not so dry larf. That was tasty.

Buzz notes: 2 bong rips gets me faded as can be!!! Super strong body high, just how I like. Totally Euphoric like good blueberry. I even get the feeling that sort of tingling in the back of my neck - if you know what I mean, this is rare and I LOVE it! Good Tahoe OG used to do that for me. Very happy giggly and good for seeing comedy in everything kind of herb. I’m not usually depressed cause of my aches and pains, but if I was I would want this one handy.

Taste, early tests: Yum! Exotic as can be. Usually reminds me of raspberries my grandfather used to grow in the back yard! But like candied as all hell! Sometimes it tastes like tangerines. It’s very very smooth and reminds me of GSC/CherryPie. WTF? Maybe it does have OG in it, sure tastes like it might. Reminds me a lot of the OG pallet, but instead of a primarily lemon taste it’s more raspberry/Orange/Tangerine. Wow! I had a plant that was similar a long while back that I called Guava Kush, this is as good if not better than that, possibly the best I have ever grown.

New seed notes: the father of these new beans was one of my GSC x BlueDreamDutchTreatHeadband. From a batch of seeds whose females tasted like orange and chocolate. Thin Mints GSC cut.
