Never tried vegan keto but imo with tofu, low carb veggies and good vegetable oils there should be some nice dishes doable. .
I wouldn't dream of trying it myself but I read about someone doing it - he said the only way to do it in any kind of sustainable way was to use coconut oil, olive oil and avocados for your fats, pea protein and supplements.
