Kabookie seeds???

I just looked at all 32 pages of the server fund and noticed there are more than five and-a-half pages of "Kabookie" seeds. And 27 different strains under the "kabookie" offerings. I repeat, 27 strains...

Either this Kabookie person/s have an extensive growing facility at their disposal or all these beans are the exact same genetics with different names. My bet is on the latter...

Has anyone actually grown any of the Kabookie line-up???

I guess you are not very good at betting then.:tiphat:

Can't vouch for the man but I can vouch for some of his seeds. Growing out PussyKat Sue for the second year now. This is one of the great outdoor strains, capturing OG quality with a Sept 15 finish. Moderate yields but world class high. A happy, very high, high with no tenseness or paranoia and no comedown at the end.

Just came back from an extensive tasting tour in San Francisco and after trying all the OGs and girl scout cookies I can honestly say that none of them are better than Pussykat Sue.

This year growing out several packs of Pussykat and also a few Saphead Kush. Saphead has obviously different genes.

Currently have an Eskimoe Joe going in an indoor grow.
Still a couple of weeks to go, but the smell, visible frost,
and golf-ball size buds lead me to believe it's going to be
some fine herb. Well worth the "lesser" Server Fund prices.

I can't wait for Clarence to RELIST Kabookie gear. I've purchased a number of her crosses and had my eye on at least 2 more to add to my Kabookie collection, before the listings 'expired'.

Grabbed a pack of Pokeberry Punch.
Still may grab another pack before I head to
the Post Office. One of the best values on Seedbay.
Got Eskimo Joe going right now, beautiful plant, smell
is amazing.

I got 3 different packs from kabookie. I have grown the "Sugarcane King" and "Rapurous Reaper" and both of those strains were awesome. I also got "Kali Hookah" which I have not run yet. Also in Kabookie seed packages I got had 2 to 4 extra seeds per pack. What a great deal for the price. Also had 100% germination rates. I am about to run my first true TLO grow and "Kali Hookah" is going in the tent. I will try to post some pictures of it in a few months. Just want everyone to know that this is solid gear with good genetics.

Kabookie was the name of a strain submitted for the 2007 cannabis cup best strain for the judges only which was a ruse by the officials to show how the submission process for strains are imperfect. Anyone can bring in a submission and claim they grew it and it was so and so strain. The kabookie was just an ounce of amazing weed that was stashed on a shelf for couple months and was better than most everything going around amsterdam at that time submitted by two actors hired to play the part of a seed company.

Interesting theres a seed company with the same name.

I stand corrected, the name is actually Ookie Kabuki. Spelled slightly differently.

Here is what i found regarding the issue:

"In 2007, Hager produced a reality TV show based around the High Times offices, titled High Times Office. The show's 12 episodes culminated at the 20th Cannabis Cup, where Big Apple Seeds from Brooklyn, New York won a blind taste test against DNA Seeds that was judged by Robert Connell Clarke. It was later revealed in High Times that Doc and Dom, the owners of Big Apple Seeds, were actors, and their entry, Oookie Kabuki, was actually Neville's Haze purchased in Amsterdam from a pot broker with a good nose for weed."
