finally seeing some reality set in . a Family Court Judge in Kentucky (Julie Gordon) is being forced from her seat as a judge for repeatedly using her position to benefit her son in his continual legal problems. in addition to getting him "special visitation" while he was incarcerated, she put his atty on the court payroll. she is also accused of, among other things, obstruction of justice, abuse of power, destroying evidence, bias, retaliation for testimony by social workers in her courtroom, and lying to the Judicial Conduct Commission while it investigated her. huh...criminals come in all shapes & sizes...
