Hydro safe sealant recommendations

Im working on setting up this ebb n flo and im having issues with leaking. Whats everyone using for a sealant thats hydro safe?

Thats not a sealant but thanks. Looking for something i can but in a tube to seal up what i already have. Not sure if clear silicone is ok to use or what my best option is

Running off of memory the goop is safe, as is a type of silicone that is safe for use in aquariums.

Forms a strong, waterproof bond that is non-toxic when cured

Silicone is good, but may contain fungicides. Aquarium stuff is going to be fine, while cheap bathroom sealant isn't even silicone. Though might be a blend, unsuitable for constant immersion.

Shame we can't see it. These get a lot of use. Your local wholesaler will ask about 50p each, but be sure they are watertight ones, or you won't get the rubber washers

basic aquarium adhesive works fine

Use rubber grommets. You shouldn't need any sealants in a properly built system. I did use silicone on a manifold but that was just one time.
