Hunting morels

Hey guys didn't know morels were toxic fresh so good thing I haven't eaten any yet. I dried what I kept for myself but I am sure there will be more freshies soon. I will prob saute them with some garlic, butter, and maybe some chives to add to some homemade fettucini with grilled chicken. I am making myself hungry talking about it! The morels are all in this area I found 2.5 lbs at one spot and have found 3 or 4 more each in different locations less than a mile away. I just gotta run up on some more patches like the first I found. I have been out scouting for outdoor mj plots and have now started digging so I am sure I will run into more. Although I will say it is pretty hard looking for certain trees which morel mycelium lives with, looking for morels sticking out, and watching out for snakes at the same time.

I eat fresh morels every year! They are good fresh, sauted in butter with a little garlic...yum. Glad to be reminded they are up already! Thanks.

Morel's havent quite poped around us yet, i've been out 3 times in the past week, thinkin baby grey's might be up, but nothing so far.
