anyone have an opinion on this? seems like they are going to be supportive of the new state measures. just having skimmed through looks like if you comply with them you can grow large gardens..

What zoning are they allowing it on? If your county is allowing it you still need your parcel to be zoned correctly.

I read something that said 90% of land in the county would meet zoning requirements, I think it was on lost coast outpost. Doesn't mean they're just gonna hand out acre permits to any and every one, the state is going to limit the number of grows over 10000 sqft. Your water source is going to be a major deciding factor. I think they're only going to give acre permits to parcels with riparian water rights.

Only for outdoor. Indoor is capped at 10,000 and greenhouses are 1/2 acre.
