Quite a few officers should look at retraining or retiring as well. When Colorado when recreational, a LOT of officers had problems with it and many moved out of state. Stubbornly sticking to their guns about cannabis, they avoided the situation instead of learning and contributing in a positive way.


When the states go legal, there will be very few places these officers can move to.
