Growing rules in Limburg, Netherlands.

Hello!

Can anyone one of You guys answer me the question about it is fully legal to make a home grow in Limburg, Netherlands? I would like to set up myself with 150 W grow and 2 plant's but I'm still unable to fully confirm if ain't gonna have any problems with it.

Good Info wanted on netherlands home grow situation also.


I talked to a person who lives in amsterdam and answered that ' .. yes.. it is legal BUT if the grow is 'professional' then it is not legal -- and police will say that it is professional if you have a single grow light'


hearsay information so not a fact..


also.. it would be nice to know a little about penalties and what markings would be made to records?



What amounts of weed is one allowed to have in hers possession? (multiple medical conditions > needs multiple different strains >it all ads up very quickly)
