I'm possibly moving to Groningen in near future.
What's the coffee shop scene like over there?
Or the ganja scene in general; could I find independent growers to get better deals from or to cooperate with?

there used to be some really great coffeshops in gronny,,highlife cup winners most years,,not sure who are still open though,,great province

toured all over but it was nearly 30 years ago and i cant really remember much about it

you should have no problems hooking up ,,its friendlier than Amsterdam

Ok cool, I'm going there for school so it could be even easier to get to know people that way.

I have never been to Amsterdam, only Rotterdam.
