a recent poll by the University of North Florida shows that nearly 7 out of 10 citizens there support legalization of recreational marijuana. even amongst the GOP (51%) and voters "of a certain age" (55 to 64-71% !). the plan (currently being litigated) would be voted on in 2024 if it survives the challenge in court. those fighting it have their panties in a wad because the wording does not inform voters that cannabis is federally illegal. is there, really, ANYONE that is unaware that the US govt has not legalized weed yet?
