Flame Thrower Test Run

Galactic Grape got me so stoked, I went and picked up a bunch of d420's gear. Flame Thrower got first dibs and 11 of 12 germed.

Here we are at day 28





I plan to document the test run. Looks like round 130 to go from here - should be fun!

Let's find some girls!

Any tips or suggestions from vets with this plant are greatly appreciated.

Looking great AK.

I have not grown these yet, but they are a mix of the some of the best OG available. Pure "Fire", I think is the word employed to describe this one.

Looking forward to this one.

Day 48 update - And then there were 9!

Here's the first 2 to show their stuff - of course they are boys. Sounds familiar eh? Everyone is taking their time to show. I have a few that look female, but no V's for victory yet.



These boys look nice - they have a little lank to them. Too bad I'm not going back to breeding till next year.

Still over 100 days till smoke test. Believe me, I can't wait either!

Notice how uniform all the plants are. They take a long time to preflower and the primordia are very small. I would plan an extra week or two to sex these if you are going to pop them. The plants all display good vigour. I'm going to grow these out a bit to get several good clones for the test run.

Into the Cloner!



Nice healthy clips went to the cloner today. They go to bloom in about a month. All of the plants were quite uniform.

Hey AK, what's up with these? The anticipation of bloom is nerve wracking to say the least.

I'm a few days away from topping these and just a couple weeks away from sending to the bloom room. I have a couple slow rooters so its taking an extra week to get everyone topped correctly for an even canopy in bloom.

Day 0 Bloom Update

Finally getting these into the bloom room. 2 of the 5 phenos were slow rooters - taking an extra week. So our smallest plants are half the size of the fast rooters. I have put the plants in a "bowl" distribution so they all have the best chance at success.

You can see how they are arranged on the footprint key. I have also stickered each plant position so we can easily identify individuals.

I'm borrowing the nute strategy from Galactic Grape. My ppm range will be 420-450 and pH 5.3 - 6.3.
