European proposition for making cannabis legal

A friend from the Canary Islands has sent to me a mail about there is a poll where we can vote for legalize cannabis in the Eurepean Union.

The proposal is to make economics alternatives and someone has made this one.

I saw that in Finland, it's the most voted proposition. There is only one vote in Sweden.

What kind of varieties you grow there? Indicas and hibrids? Is it possible to grow outdoors or only indoors?

I know that sativa plants from Lesotho grow covered with snow high on the mountains, perhaps this variety would be good for northern weather.
