EU Citizens' initiative for legalizing cannabis

I did not find any mention about the EU Citizens' initiative for legalizing cannabis on this subforum.

I was wondering why the voting rate for the Netherlands is particularly low? (see the map below)

I know that you've already got things pretty organized regarding cannabis so maybe you don't feel any urgency about a EU-wide solution. But please consider your fellow stoners in less civilized EU countries. It only takes a minute or two to sign the initiative online.
We currently have about 60 000 votes and we need a million votes EU-wide to get the initiative processed.

I voted even though I don't like putting my name and adress under such petitions.

It's the first time I heard of it, maybe that's the reason? Poland seems to be getting there
