Electrical service upgrade in Maine? 200 amp to 320/400 amp

Any of you maine guys had this done? wondering what all will be involved? where i used to live it was a simple process but up here with permits for everything i fear it wont be so simple and the way CMP charges for everything i dont think i can expect CMP to pay for anything in regards to replacing the underground connectors or the meter.

It might be cheaper to add another 100 or 200amp service.
