What is happening to my plant? I reguraly feed em with calmag and rarely nitro. They are in a biobiz lightmix. The lamp is set to 40% of 300w, temperature are around 27°c, ..why the leaf are curling and why only on one branch? i even rotate her to get out of the light. what could be? the one on the back left has stop growing in height. the back right is the only doing kinda fine.

Post a close-up of the branch in question or a side shot of the branch.
That doesn’t look good. The leaf curl isn’t good but it’s the blistering that worries me. Everytime I’ve had those symptoms it’s been russet mites. Are they from seed or did you get clones? I would scope under the leaves with a 60x scope and look for tiny bugs that look like maggots.

Only one branch is usually insect as Vanilla points out, or it can be a root issue feeding that particular branch.

The watermelon auto has grown till she can and she's flowering big buds on the top and small on the bottom. idk if it's normal.
The kush non auto is still with curling leaf on one side but it's flowring, very very slowly, idk if it's normal or something missing.
I'm just watering with normal water 6.5 ph

Start giving a very low dose of flowering nutrients with every watering. Less than a 100 ppm or just enough to lower the pH from 6.5 to 6.2.
Great to see they pulled through.
The first pictures show a magnesium deficiency/lockout - mainly canoeing/praying for magnesium. According to Mulders Chart, nitrogen and magnesium stimulate eachothers uptake.
Right now, after entering the flowering phase, which is the real growth phase, they need more nitrogen.

Update.
The watermelon auto (the tall one ) is going on, the upper flower are getting bigger, the lower are growing slowly.
lost some leaves and on some others white dots are sportting.
The kush normal with the curling leaves is getting better but is putting out small flowers that grow slowly.
Last watering i added some cal\mag, and I was thinking today that is day of watering to add some nitrogen in it?
Or should i keep with just plain water.

They look like they need some nutrients.
Have you started feeding them anything other than calmag?
Those spots on the leaves of the last photo look like damage from either thrips or spider mites ( i hope not sm )
Take a look under the leaves with a jewelers loupe for crawly bugs. Also look at soil level and 1cm below for little root maggots, thrips..etc.

You need to see what bugs they are first. Manual removal of the bugs may work ok if they are on some leaves.
Look under the affected leaves for little black, brown spots or tiny maggots.
Look at the soil level too for any bugs.
Whenever i've used general multipurpose compost from supermarkets i get root aphids which has the effect of smaller immature looking flowers, spindly growth and speckled leaves.
I've found a root drench of diluted neem then adding a top few cm layer of perlite on top of the soil stopped root aphids.
But you should really start feeding with a general flower nutrient solution rather than just calmag and water.
