Ok so if the regulations are not out yet for CBD in manufacturing, growing, or anything else, how are people blatantly selling CBD in actual B&M stores on the streets?
And if so, and they are not getting caught, is this good or bad for the industry in general, promoting the wild wild west, I'll do whatever I want attitude while others abide strictly by the laws?
I know the FDA and DEA said they will not shut down any operations unless they do something illegal or cause massive complaints, but this gray area is just, well...
