can 1 side scanner make 2 side print?

I know there are duplex scanners but the best quality scanners (that are affordable) are photographers and art scanners that I (presume) scan photos and artwork.. often having specific comparements for prints in many of them...

Now heres my question.

Say you wanted to print a 2 sided document/poster/etc

would the 1 sided scanner, instead of duplex scanning (both sides) at once, could you get it to individually scan each side, then fix it into a duplex image on the computer after, as an image for the duplex printer? (printer that can print both sides at once)

basically can you use a 1 sided scanner to make duplex scans (both sides) by just scanning the opposite side after you've scanned the first one

I know this sounds like mumbo jumbo but I hope someone here knows about these gadgets

Dude your blowing my mind.lol
I know this isn't what you want but.
scan both sides
print one on one side
flip the paper
then print the other picture on the other side.
I know I don't have a grasp of what you mean but my little techno challenged mind interpreted it this way.
Good Luck

Depending on paper and ink, you may want to wait a few seconds to a minute or two before printing the back side. This will avoid ink transfer to the rollers and thus to the page.
