Best clip on fan to cool LED?

I have a fan on the floor blowing up at a Mars Hydro TS1000. The other day I measured what temp it reaches with the fan blowing on the plants instead. It went into the low 90's with the temperature sensor sitting on the transformer box. So, I need to buy a new fan to blow across the light. Anyone have recommendations?

I got a 6 inch clip fan for about $20 from the local box store. I plugged it into the same timer as the light so when the light came on the fan did too. They are worth it and help a lot.
