It's almost like losing a friend, we've been together for so long.
This is without doubt the longest it's ever taken for a plant to ripen. About twice what it took the Critical Mass.
Here are a few pics along the way, right to the end with some trichome closeups that show them clouding over and going amber.
I'm guessing she'll go close to 200gm. Will update later :)

Here she is in her youth

How long did she take?, looks great!
I'm not sure exactly but nearly twice the bud cycle of the Critical Mass. I'll have to get some write on labels to record the dates

I would have gone a month longer
You might be right. I thought about going longer but there were some amber trichomes and want a lively daytime/wake and bake smoke. And with the humidity here there is a real risk of rot.

Nice one sticky that looks really nice. I'm happy with the dangerous dog I've not long finished and growing it again. Look forward to how this turns out.

Smells, flavors. Affects?

Some of the smaller buds are starting to dry now and preliminary testing is promising
I'm not much of an expert with all the fancy words but here's the basics.
Smell is very tart and lemony, even a little piney and they are quite sticky to the touch
The flavor is similar to the smell, sort of sour, and although it has a ways to go yet and these were the fluffy buds it's already pretty smooth
Everyone in the family agrees it does the job quite well and ticks all the effect boxes. It's quite relaxing but not tiring and is a good fun doing something buzz. Reasonable strength too
It is evening here so it will be different with a wake n bake on a fresh outlook :smokeit:

It's been a while since it started but the journey is nearly at an end
Did a weigh up today and came out at 204gms which is just over my guess of 200 :)
Have to jar it up for a month with the humidity packs (if it lasts that long 😛 ) to bring it up to 62% tomorrow after airing it tonight in the fan box and that's it
