Apical problem on my clones

Hi everyone, can someone tell me why my clones are aving this trouble?
At that moment he is removed from the cuttings room and transferred to the ground.
I also cut the little parts that died, leaving it as if it were a FIM cut.
I keep the humidity with a controlled pH of 5.5,
at 85-90% relative humidity. I air them 5 or 6 times a day, maybe more.
Every time it dries, I spray them over the top and do the same with the walls of the plastic dome box.

does it have roots? if yes, it should be fine and grow sideshoots even if the main tip is damaged.

If the apical meristem is rotting it’s prob too much humidity. I’ve seen this mostly when cuttings are left too long under a dome once they start to root.

As far as EC in prop, folks will soak the plug with 1/4 strength nutrients before sticking cutting.

That being said, I think cutting from a well fed mother will have plenty food too root without addition nutrients.
