I am also currently selecting from Afghani landrace plants that will be worked with alongside Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Filipino and Thai landrace selections.
Please post pics if you have any genetics from these places for comparison.
Peace

Do you know much about Deep Chunk? Is it considered a cultivated landrace?

Been preserving an afghan dominant Deep Chunk line here's the project thread I just put up

The line is a mixture of open pollinated seed from these plants in 2010

One of the best Afghani based lines I've grown was Lapis Mt Indica.. Love that old skool hash flavor...

A few pics of my stand out Afghani keeper that was very different from the rest of the plants.

I have pollenated this lady with ChemValley Cooks and currently testing these seeds, if your interested in testing drop me a message.

I have run a couple crosses with the Afghani landraces and experienced some sensitive plants in the first generation. Although it was a very small number and seemed to be caused by environmental stress I am doing further tests to be sure as well as some new crosses with different males.
