1st grow update. Kinda at a standstill about going into flowering n 12/12 switch any advice?

Plants are going on wk14 of veg was planning on letting them grow a little more and idk maybe they been in veg too long? Idk wanted to get some feedback advice some help on wen to start flowering n switch to 12/12 schedule

Depends on the strain and your space requirements. Some strains can continue to grow 2-3x their current height when switched to flower. Not knowing your environment and strains makes it hard, but when I'm running something unknown, I generally plan for them to grow 2x their height in flower. Usually they don't, but it can make things harder when you don't plan for it.
