Click to View Full SizeGenetics: Malawi x Meao Thai, F1 hybrid, 100% Sativa. Golden Tiger is one of the most powerful and interesting sativa hybrids we have developed lately. It's an F1 derived from the 'killer' Malawi mother and a selected Meao Thai male. Meao Thai is an exceptional highland Thai selected by Cannabiogen. In this hybrid, we have combined the 2 most potent and resinous landrace sativas we have ever worked with. The result is a plant with a great vegetative vigour, remarkable for its overpowering potency and its exceptional floral traits. The flowers bunches flare over forming dense buds with little leaves. The trichomes are big, plentiful and loaded with powerful cannabinoids. Golden Tiger is an excellent alternative to the haze sativas. It will fascinate the most demanding growers, looking for new sativa experiences of the highest order. Easy to grow with SOG style, as they do not tend to branch out. Outdoors and with proper conditions, it branches generously and forms huge sativa bushes.

I agree with you that this is not officially a grow report, however many people here at icmag may have no idea what you are talking about. Nobody else has posted here for this strain and although I recognized the breeders report, it still reminded me that this may be one of the greatest sativa hybrids out today. IC is the only reason I likely heard of this hybrid. And without you guys I'd be working solely on personal experience. I may have never heard of Ace. I'd likely be reading hightimes for all of my canknowledge. Or still germing bagseed.

This is my dream strain. I keep missing it. Two originals I'd like to try separately, however I trust Ace's judgement and will wait for this strain to find me.

Hopefully someone around here has something good or bad to post, besides that this is the only description to go off. Unless Ace is lying in there description? Hmmm? Yeah Right.

P.s. H.Z. I'd assume the malawi in golden tiger is a selected native malawi african sativa strain. Among the most quality sativa land races. The cross with thai could be out of this world.

Can't wait for her to come around the mountain when she comes.

Yeti

When I find these, I'll post a report may take a few months though. harhar.

This isn't a grow report. This is a strain listing and thus it contains the breeder's own info. If you want to post a grow report, there's another section for it, and grow reports are listed separately from strains around the site.

i agree with EzekielDee. whats the point of posting a grow reportand just usingthe breeders description. this sounds like an interesting new variety and ace seed is working with very different gene pools than most breeders so we need all the info we can get.

I wish people would take the time to write their own strain reports rather than just copying the breeders description. It sounds more like an ad for ace seeds. It has absolutely no new/independent info,Sorry if I sound a bit harsh but i find it infuriating that such a potentially useful tool is being wasted, this type of "report" seems more uncommon than not.

This could be my new sativa. I have always wanted a hawaiian thai cross. Just georgeous
