|Sea of Green?
||Heavy for a sativa (whatever that means...)
||Not overwhelming when growing, smells like incense when smoked
||Like hashish mixed with incense (sounds awful but it isn't)
||cerebral, heady, up, can't sit still, social, funny, hearing affecting, psychedelic, idea generating
||May not be the easiest strain to grow but worth every bit of effort. Can be tall but don't be afraid to top it multiple times. A little picky about watering and nutes. I described the yield as "heavy for a sativa"... The buds are not dense like an indica but you'll always be surprised by how much they weigh when you harvest them. Definitely my "deserted island" sativa. |

|Dutch Passion's description "Original Flo is a Sativa/Indica cross (60% Sativa/ 40% Indica) with very Sativa phenotypic characteristics that also matures very early. The large, tight, spear-shaped buds are made up of small, densely packed purple calyxes. The plants are taller and like to branch out. Indoors the buds are fully mature by the end of their sixth week." Not sure where they get the 6 weeks from. I've found 8-9 weeks works best for this strain. Pay careful attention to curing this wonderful strain and you'll end up with golden spear shaped buds that taste and smell like incense and hash (sounds terrible but it really isn't). When properly cured and most of the plant matter is gone it produces lung-busting hits. You can have a lot of fun loading a normal one-hit for someone and watching them cough for hours :-)|

|I can see 6 weeks... she's way ahead of anything in my garden. Purple all the way to the tip of the leaves, and turning darker by the day. The bottom branches don't produce a thing, pruning could be very helpful. |
I've only heard of the yields being low though, and I'm not expecting much. Would be delighted if that wasn't the case. It's in my top 5 favorites smokes, it can really increase your quality of life depending on your medical condition.

|I remember DJ's late 90's Flo, amazing. I will say hands down DJ is my favorite breeder out there. I don't know why people don't give credit where credit is due.
I think I enjoy the vibrant qualities of true DJ Short genes much more than Dutch Passion's "versions".
Thanks for what you do DJ!|

|how does Dutchpassions Flo compare to DJs FlO, anyone know?|
I never see anything on DP flo really, just occasional negative/below avg. ratings on their stuff generally
when i posted in strain forums about antianxiety strains, many
recommended DJs Flo to me for antianxiety and anti social anxiety
effects. Many recommended DJ's entire line.

|Is this a new generation of Original Flo, or is this the same line which was created from the batch of DJ Short seeds, floral line?|
I have tried growing both varieties, and may say I prefer the high of the DJ Short line (transcendental and uplifting), DJ Flo is in my keeper stock-> reputed for its many colors.
Possibly, if Dutch Passion has further worked with the line recently; I would not mind giving it a try again.
Otherwise, I must admit the temple and floral lines truly are a work of art in taste for the seasoned palate (good cure), and the highs associated with the thai origins are outstanding; great for the medicinal smoker.
