No Lighting & Wattage: 2000w HPS Fertilizing Method: mostly organic, with pure blend pro Pruning Method: multiple toppings / SCROG Stature: pretty tight internodes, lots of branches to scrog Flowering Time: staggered harvests at 70 & 77 days Grow Results Appearance: oversized swolen calyx, frosty diesely goodness :) Odor: diesel, lemony fuel. Average Height: about 4' if pulled from the SCROG Yield Per Plant: approx 6 oz dry per plant Taste: pure skunky diesel funk. Odor control is a must right through veg Buzz: nice strong heady high, not for the amateur smoker. Ease of Growing: Overall Rating: Strain: 4SD (chemdog #4 x Sour Diesel) Rating: 4SD (chemdog #4 x Sour Diesel) Grow Notes This was a pleasure to grow, and will remain in my garden for a long time to come. (copied from my grow thread) never smoked or grew the chem #4 before so i can't really compare it like i could w/ the chemdog D in the CDxSD that being said.. this weed is the bomb! this will seriously knock you on your ass.. veteran smoker or not. I actually haven't smoked that much of it, because i have so much work to do to get ready for the move.. and i'd stand 0 chance of getting anything done if i had. taste/smell.. again i really suck at the descriptions, but it's more "earthy" and citrusy than the cdxsd in my opinion.. it has a real nice sour diesel undertone but it's a real balance between the SD and what i have to assume is the chemdog #4. as with the CD x SD it's a real stinker and odor control is an absolute must no questions asked... and not one of those homemade jobbers either lol. these were vegged about 8 weeks and flowered for 70-77 days in stages. (most of it was 70 days) and the trichomes were around 90%+/- cloudy and 10%+/- amber. the colas were by far larger than anything i've produced in any of my grows.. so i was really stoked and they made for great pics for the internet!
