Appearance: Looks like notebook weed.
Odor: Pretty low. Fruity and nice. If not cured it might smell like benzine but after a week or curing its
Average Height: 1.2 meters.
Yield Per Plant:
Usually around 60 grams
Taste:
Very mellow and smooth. But not much of it.
Buzz:
It hits my right spots, but doesn't last long enough (hour and a half) and the tolerance buildup is quick. If wouldn't suit a heavy smoker at all.

Blue Mystic Grow Notes
I grew this strain 5 times by now and I'm dropping it.
Its a nice easy plant to grow with very nice yield of very nice looking buds that grows well in any method I grew it.
Flowering is a bit too long for me - 10-11 weeks until its really ripe (at least 30% amber trichomes). DOESN'T WORTH SMOKING UNLESS REALLY RIPE. If picked immature it is VERY weak and after smoking a full gram straight if is pretty trippy.
When picked ripe it gives what weed should give - pain relief, munchies, helps to sleep and make you feel at ease.

However, its pretty weak and after smoking it for a week or so you build up the tolerance enough so it wouldn't do the work.
I like mixing it in the joint\blunt with other strains to get the effect to last longer with some of the characteristics of the Blue Mystic.

It rarely turned to any hue of purple even at low temps. Don't get the blue part of the name.

Overall its a nice strain for a beginner as the seeds are very cheap and it grows pretty well without much attendance. It doesn't need lots of feeding but doesn't mind it either. (just a waste of nutes)
For medicals I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I grew the Blue Mystic in 2007. That would be my guess. Maybe earlier. Anyway I got a beautiful main cola lady with blue hues.Unfortunately I had a gnat infeststaion overnight and my girl got covered. To this day she was one of my most resinous plants.Of course that doesn't equate to potency always but I had high hopes for her.

I've gotten this strain from a dispensary years ago and this is a fair review. I really enjoyed the flavor, blueberry with a little earthy complexity (not piney, just to be clear). Very smooth taste. The high leaves something to be desired and the tolerance build up is very odd, but true (should not be a problem if you have a few other strains along side this one). I still think there are medical qualities and it'd be a good strain for casual/light smokers.

Thanks for the flowering time suggestion, I will let my 2 go that long also. The blue comes from the blueberry used to make this hybrid. Hopefully a fruity blueberry taste shows up after I cure mine for a few months.
