For a first grow, the Gigabud was easy to grow, Go light with chem nutes though, I tried using MiracleGro but she curled up and almost died and then switched to organic teas in the second week of 12/12.
I grew her in a PC case under 70W CFL and got aprox. 14 grams with 2 1/2 weeks of veg. I think with a longer veg and an HPS, she could get big and yeild more but very happy with it.
Smell wise during the grow, Gigabud had a mostly "plant-like" smell, not like pot, more like fresh cut leaves. Occasionally she would smell different, the start of the second week of pistils she smelt like an armpit on the hottest day in summer. The next week was like feet, then the smell went away. You could rub the leaves and get a very earthy smell, similar to the taste, which is nothing special.
The smoke is a creeping Indica, the first bowl, I thought I grew the only marijuana plant that has no effect, and then it hit and kept going up for a few hours. The high comes in waves, you could spend an hour stoned then think, "I'm not very stoned", untill it kicks back in and then you're off again.
Currently trying to reveg her for future clones. |

I grew 5 female stretchy and stringy plants with that floral smell that turns me off. 10 weeks compared to the 45 days they claim. Every grow I have seen on the net looked completely different, like the send out whatever and slap a sticker on it. this coming from the company that pulled the pineapple express, must I say anymore. don't waste your time light or money.
Oh yeah, Ive seen all 5 plants perform not much better in two other gardens, just in case ya thought it was a new be thing
