Big thanks to wally for these seeds. This is one of my all time favorite strains, and works very well as medicine for my brain. She has many attributes all of which are delightful, but I am on a quest for one in particular I lost a while back. She was a very tropical fruit-smelling lady with fuzzy flowers. Just thinking about her brings a smile. Oh well on to the quest!
The seeds here were from the same lot as the freebies that were offered just before the latest release. Something to do with possible germination issues from a wet season. After gifting away a proper amount of seeds (spread it dont shed it!), I germinated 5 in moist paper towel. Warm/dark/moist. Simple nothing more. After 24 hours 4 out of 5 popped their tails and were planted. The 5th cracked and had a bit of tail but never took off. Could easily have been a lack of patience on my part. 4 out of 5 in 24 hours seems like good germ rate to me wally. Especially on seeds that were wet. I have never had a problem with wallys germ rates. Quack Quack
All 4 are typical cindy with narrow slender leaves, very sativa. Started off in veg a bit slow, and then took off as usual. Each was LST to maintain an even canopy. She shows a lack of nute with some purple color in the leaf petiole, N or P for a fix. Also she can be inviting to PM, but no issues of concern this go. Moderate to heavy feeder, depending on how you view these things.
Of the 4, 3 male and 1 female.
The female grew with nice vigor, and matured quickly. A high calyx to leaf ratio with many tops from the LST. Rock hard nuggets of brain candy, which later smell of ripe grapefruits. Finishes between 50-60 days depending on preference. The smoke is full and expansive, but subtle and smooth. You cant smell deep enough when enjoying the scents! The gifted flowers had gotten responses of how tasty and flavorful the smoke is. The high is intense and enjoyable for me and many, however some do not like this kind of experience hehe. They ask for the regular weed. Kudos to wally! Although a great keeper in many gardens, it is not the tropical fruit pheno I am after. The quest continues, but thanks to wally it can.
Wally this one is for you
