All females were hardy, quick growing and almost identical in all respects. I finally picked a mother from one that was a bit more Sativa leaning. This plant (which my medical patient named "Joy") took 72 days to flower with big, beautiful, crooked, fluffy but dense flowers. I had no problems with hermies. The only problem I experienced in 4 flowering seasons was reaccurant powdery mildew. The plants only needed half strength nutes but seemed to prefer cal/mag and sugars about 3 weeks from harvest. My medical patient loved the energetic, happy and lucid antidepressant character of the high which lasted for about 4 hours. This plant had almost no odor in flower; just a hint of peachy sage. After a 1 month cure the smell was a bit spicey smelling, but mouthwateringly sweet like hard apricot jolly ranchers. I wish Mike and Jasmine would bring this wonderful strain back. |
