Cannacopia Seeds Test Grow - Bubba Kush x Deep Chunk

All eight have popped after 48 hours and been transferred to a soil based compost.

Looking forward to this one as a planned DC run failed , will be running alongside some Afghan freebies , pure Hazes and everything in between at every stage of flower.

Will be grown untopped and kept compact by pot size which works well for me and allows a far higher number of plants for what has turned into a research lab provideing cuts that other locals enjoy growing out.

Genuine clones are almost impossible to track down here and i have no experience with the original Bubba apart from some expensive S1,s that were shite , looking forward to something with a degree of Bubbaness from these.

Day 5 of veg.

Six are up and running , if a little slow.
Zero stretch despite being next to some Mazar freebies that shot to six inches , seems strain dependant under purps and quite pronounced.

The predators missed the mite just right of centre , think i may have to go back to chems but these are too small for floramite yet.

Day 10 of veg.

Quite slow growers so far but they look healthy and makes a change to not have to deal with massive stretch as in some recent grows.

Had to risk chems as the predators seem ineffective in my system and there is a little collateral damage but insignificant.

Anyone used floramite ect as a root drench with success ?

Day 16 of veg.

The most compact growing plants from seed that i have ever had , four nodes and one inch high .

Not much variation and they smell strong for a small plant.

What kind of light are they vegging under? What are your plans for how big to veg them?

They look healthy, but you can tell they're the sort to do their thing slowly & densely. It'll be interesting to see if the branching stretches for the canopy, or just they stay tight & stumpy in a single bud. Any plans to LST them if they prove especially stubborn?

I'm glad to see someone running these with constant updates, keep it up bro.. I'm sure this X interests a lot of folks.
