Cannacopia Seeds Test Grow- Genius x Deepchunk
Hello friends...here i will test Genius x Deep Chunk from Cannacopia Seeds..
thank you for the opportunty!  recieved eleven seeds in less than one week!!  they were immediately placed into a wet paper towel to germinate friday night ( sept. 12, 2008)...  one day later...  a few are sprouting already... strain description: "Genius x Deep Chunk Genius, mother to the Apollo 11 seedline by the now defunct Brother’s Grimm Seed Co., mated with our chosen Deep Chunk indicas. The resulting seeds produce flowers that retain the classic appearance and flavour of the mother, yet are vastly improved in terms of stature and growth characteristics. The Genius was floppy and in need of staking for support, but this generation of seed is more upright and self-supporting. Yield is above average (325-400 g/ sq m) Recommended for indoors Outdoors in Southern or more equatorial climates. Flowering: 8-9 weeks." sounds yummy to me!! the test has begun! what you can expect from me... i grow in promix... i use Reverse Osmosis water. after sprouting, they will go into rapid rooters, then into 4" square pots to veg... i plan to veg for 4-5 weeks... i will top all plants unless instructed by the breeder that they respond better to single cola style... all plants to vegged under a T5 4 bulb-mixed spectrum fixture. i try to keep my pH in the range of: 5.5-6.5 i use a vaportek 4000 for suppressing odors... i use the following nutes/supplements:Age Old Grow for veg and these for flowering:  goals for this test grow the strain through veg cull the males as pre-flowers show flower the females under a 400 watt HPS. look for uniformity/variation to prove the strain is 'sale-able' via seedBay. produce seedless gourmet buds  come join me for a leisurely stroll ... no rush, no stress. into rapid rooters...
checked on the little ones last night, and they had all popped!
some even burrowed through the paper towel!   they went into rapid rooters last night!   so far, so good!

Awesome! Thanks for the updates! I am very interested to
see how this one turns out, I requested Chocolate with this as my second choice, figuring surely someone else could test this one while I was finding the Choco keeper, and giving me a better idea of what to look for when I do get a cut of that stuff... Genius is one of the elites I"ve always been interested in, seeing as I love my A11 x PPP (aka WhosYourDaddy #5), and the Apollo really comes through on the taste and high of that one! And I've smoked some a11 before that made me feel smarter kinda, so let's see how this Genius x DC comes out, should be a nice F1 since the Genius is kinda lanky and the DC is so short and squat, a nice sat/indy blend IMO...
